I trained as a stonemason at Chichester’s Cathedral Works Organisation and then spent some time at St Pauls Cathedral in London, before becoming an architectural sculptor for English Heritage – we carved replacement statues for the Houses of Parliament using pointing instruments, and repaired ornamental stonework for many historic buildings in London and the southern counties.
I have been a freelance craftsman for 25 years, offering a friendly and helpful service to clients both private and commercial.
